ChronWell app for iPhone and iPad

ChronWell app offers employers and their employees a quick and easy way to report a workplace related incident or injury. This app is intended to be used by supervisors, managers, safety coordinators and others involved in the oversight of staff and recording of workplace injuries.

Main features:

- report a new incident (including photos of the incident, location, injured worker demographics, care direction, etc.);
- review existing incidents that have been assigned to you
- search for an existing incident quickly look up an existing incident to review the incident description, to see the work status, appointments, ongoing notes and phone calls;
- place a call to a nursing triage line

To ensure that ChronWell works at its full capacity, it is important to enable access to:

- your location while using the app to facilitate incident location reporting
- camera access to take photos
- photo library access to attach photos to the incident report
